Surf's Up at PacSun

Financial news has been good and bad about PacSun lately.   Sales go down but then they get a surge.   I personally like PacSunPacSun has fun clothes but there are so many other teen retailers.   How do you fit in?   Right now a lot of the gift card sites are offering as high 27% discount on e cards and 26% discount on physical cards.  Many stores now let you use the ecode in the B&M - YMMV  Personally, I like going to the B&M to look at their clearance rack, especially when they do 50% of clearance.   You can sign up your email on their site a get a one time 15% coupon - although YMMV, it is suppose to be offer your entire purchase regardless of clearance prices.   They also have another $5 off from V by Visa

So this is definitely the bargain to get fun clothes.  Additionally, if we all keep shopping there maybe they'll hang (10) around for many more years.

Disclaimer - I am not associated with PacSun or any of the discount gift card sites.

Another $5 - I actually won $5 yesterday at Cash Crate, not doing offers, just playing their little crate game, so cool, check them out

Starbucks Addiction March 5

AT&T is offering a $5 when you sign up for their text alerts.   They ran this same promo in January at which time I of course signed up.   I got the reply text to get my card - but it never happened.   I tried several time but no luck.   I was a little perturbed.    I generally don't have problems with promos.   As such, I became more perturbed when they ran the promo again last week!!!  $5 Starbucks eGift card for AT&T Wireless subscribers with sign up for text alerts (for first 40,000) http://www.fatwallet.com/u/ebnp.  This time I went to AT&T's website and told them my situation - and yesterday I got my $5.

Found another Starbucks $5 this morning.  Awhile back I signed up for Disney Rewards (no referral program that I can find so this is just a link).    I wasn't too excited, almost didn't even do it.  The points were low but I though, maybe if I get a movie ticket out of it, it will be worth it.  I'm not going to too many Disney movies anymore, kids are older.   Over Christmas, Disney Rewards ran a promo, you got points everyday - so I racked up some with just a few clicks.   I clicked on the monthly newsletter to get my points and what do I see and had to go back and double check - $5 Starbucks for 500 points.  Now I am excited!   I only have 411 points but, now I have incentive to hunt!   Many of the coupon sites have info - here is one from Surviving the Stores, a site I visit regularly.

And, just won $5 on Cash Crate -amazing, I rarely win at these things

Provident Credit Union $25 Amazon GC

I signed up with Provident CU a few months ago.  Very impressed, easy to deal with company.  In CU co-op ATM network, makes it easy.  Sign up now.   Get your $25 Amazon card.  I get an Amazon card as well

Starbucks Addiction March 3

To start, I can't imagine anyone with a Starbucks addition won't have this already but, just in case - register for their rewards program to get your first free $5

http://www.starbucks.com/

I'm averaging 2 free drinks per month on their rewards program.   Free drink on your birthday.  You don't have to remember the postcard anymore, it goes right to your account so just tell the barista.  They'll apply the freebie to the highest priced drink or food item (read the fine print for anything peculiar).  They also run specials to get an extra drink for a free for less than the usual 12 drinks.

Watch the coupon sites, every so often a new daily deal site (i.e. Living Social) will offer a $5 Starbucks for signup.   Another place I frequent regularly are the discounted gift card sites.  The best discount has been on Raise.com.   Many times its over 20% off   The cards are usually higher value, i.e. spend $80 for a $100 card - but that's a great savings.   Its a better percentage than putting your money into other cards.  If you're going to Starbucks no matter what, use your cash on that card instead of trying to find a discount card for WM or gas (anywhere from 1-5%)

BTW - I used Endrose on my phone.   You can your receipts based on offers.   I actually got a small amount for scanning in my Starbucks receipt on morning.  I also got $1 back the other day from my Taco Bell purchase.   This is a nice to have program (android or iPhone), you never know when you might get cash back on one of your everyday purchases.   Please use my referral link so I can buy my Starbucks!!
